Maybe a dumb question.. trying to do it off youtube. I know its 30 days so am I supposed to do level 1 for the entire first week? I was thinking it was a different thing every day.

    She designed it so you do Level 1 for 10 days, Level 2 for 10 days, and Level 3 for 10 days. But really, I think you can achieve the same results as long as you do it every day (or almost every day) and when you do each level doesn't matter as much.
