(Great leftover next day - fold into taco, heat for 15 seconds in microwave)

Tortilla of your choice (I use a low carb one)
1 Jenni-O hot turkey sausage link
2 tablespoons diced green pepper
7 baby spinach leafs
Tomato sauce (as much as you like)
1 slice provolone cheese
Garlic salt, oregano to taste

smear tomato sauce on torilla
add crumbed, brown turkey sausage
add green pepper
sprinkle seasoning
add spinach (even it out)
rip up cheese slice and add to top
fresh parsley on top is a plus!

Bake at 400 for 15 mins or crisp.

Enjoy

Kontos - Multigrain Pizza Parlor Crust, 1 crust (79g)
Old World Style - Ragu Traditional, 1/4 cup
    Tillamook - Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese, 1/2 cup
Generic - Jalepeno Pepper, Fresh, 0.5 pepper (14g)

    Total: 422

Spread with sauce, season by dusting with a little sprinkle of garlic powder, basil and oregano over sauce. Add toppings and bake 7 min at 450. I was prepared to eat it as a healthy alternative thinking it would be just ok and unsatisfying, and was pleasantly shocked by both how good and filling it was! The crust is strong enough to handle more veggies as well. Love this thread, pizza is a Friday night family ritual here and now I dont have to give it up!
