How to track Slim N Six?

Currently in the 'Ramp it up" stage which is 46 minutes in length. How would you track this in the exercise tracker? I'm not really breathing heavy but I am working. I was counting this as 46 mins of low intensity aerobics. Anoyone else out there following the program? How do you track it?

    I usually log it as low intensity aerobics. A HRM would give a more accurate number but I have yet to invest in one of those. How do you like the program? I used it many years ago when it first came out and really loved it. I recently decided to do it again and just finished the first week of burn it up.
