I figured I'd make mine out here and print it :laugh: :drinker: :drinker:

country style ribs
chicken tenderloins
(still have plenty of fish)
Bacon
Eggs
skim milk
Low Fat yogurt(Mountain High Vanilla)
Walnuts(chopped)
Avocado
Steel cut oat granola w/rasberries
frozen green giant vegies
(still have plenty of fresh vegies to eat)
white potatos
Jasmine Rice
Low fat Cottage Cheese
Olives(black)
bag of black beans
onion(red and green onions too)
frozen berries
bananas
popsecret mini bags(100 cal)
Cranberry Pomegranite Plus(langers)
Albacore Tuna
real butter(unsalted)
Unsalted roasted peanuts in shells
Olive Oil(extra virgin)

Probably see something else but this is what I need to restock;)

Would like to see what others have on their grocery lists, might remind me of something else I want to get:drinker: :drinker:

    I picked my stuff up this morning.

    eggs
    parmesan cheese
    4 packs extra lean ground chicken breasts
    2 ground turkey
    flaxseed meal
    almond meal
    blueberry
    grapes
    bananas
    strawberries
    veggies (i just put that and pick the veggies that look the best when I go buy them)
    almond milk

    thats all i can remember.

    I'm not trying to type my grocery list here, but it's interesting that I recently finished it. It is about twice as long as what you have here. :ohwell:

    I already had quite a bit here but some things are needed so gotta go into town, yuck. But I do like bringing home the food, LOL!

    My shopping list this morning consisted of:

    Veganaise (which I still have yet to find)
    Sandwich Spread with wording on the label that reads Move Over Mayo. I found & bought it but I forgot the name of it!! :tongue:
    Sundown Multi Vitamins
    Cantalope
    Birds Eye Steamfresh Veggies (opted not to get it because it wouldn't sit too well in my car during this humid weather)

    What was not on my shopping list but I bought:

    Pepperidge Farm Whole Wheat Raison and Cinnamon Bread
    Nutella
    Water
    Yoplait Lactose-Free Yogurt

    Non-Food Items :tongue:

    Sparkle Paper Towels
    Simple Cleansing Wipes

    After I review the sales ads I'll let you know.

    I am pretty well stocked; so I might only need lettuce this week!! I cooked a bunch last weekend. I'll let ya know~! :~D

    All that was on my list to get tonight after work (I work in a grocery store) was:
    Watermelon
    Peanut butter
    Frescado's wheat tortilla shells
    Cranberry juice
    Jasmine rice
    Lettuce

    I also came home with several other things that I wanted/needed to get but had forgotten to write down.

    Ive been spending so much money on food since doing the healthy thing.. I dont mind it really but i need to control myself a bit. Lately ive been buying lots of different baking stuff like oat flour, tapioca flour, ect.

    Anyway, this is what i buy a lot of lately

    Bananas-a banana a day keeps the doctor away
    Greek yogurt
    Trader joes soy chorizo. Yum.com!
    Eggbeaters
    Silk vanilla coconut milk
    Few lean cuisines
    Fresh veggies
    Frozen veggies
    Fresh wild salmon
    Ground turkey/chicken
    Jello sugar free dark chocolate pudding. - so good, doesnt even taste like diet
    Coconut milk ice cream


    Some new additions:
    Crispy quinoa cereal-this is surprisingly good-so crispy! Lowcal, too
    Almond milk, unsweetened- im a coconut milk girl, but i thought id see if i could work in some almond mi
    K, since its only 40 cals a cup for unsweetened
    Shiritake plus noodles-havent tried these yet
    Fresh eggplant-gonna try making my own healthier breaded patties
    Kale chips-these are. GOOD. Who knew?

    Tomorrow i need to run to the store for some zuchinni and applesauce so i can try making the chocolate zuchinni brownies someone posted.
