How many calories is it all in all ?:)
I make ones like this, except I use 4 eggwhites(or 2 whole eggs) a bit of vanilla and cinnamon:)

Is the oatmeal cooked or do you use dry oatmeal?

I just made these. Very good! My cals came out differently when I plugged in the recipe. I used low fat cottage cheese, maybe that did it. 323 Calories in my batch. I added cinnamon and 1 tsp of splenda to the batter as it was a little salty, again I'm thinking the cottage cheese was the culprit.

I sprinkled the pancakes with fresh blueberries before I flipped them (counted fruit separately). Super yum!

I would definitely make these again.

I have made these with a bit of cinnamon as well. So good. Also, you can mix in a blender and the consistency is much smoother. Now that I am thinking about them, maybe for breakfast in the morning?? Yum!

Bump for later. Anyone know if you can use yogurt instead of cottage cheese?

This sounds very interesting. It could be a nice change from scrambled eggs in the morning. Thanks.

Interesting. And all of those (if cottage cheese is fat free) are Weight Watchers power foods! So this would fit right into the simply filling plan.

I'm excited to try this! Thanks for posting.
