Fitness Pancakes ~ Delish and Filling!

Fitness Pancakes:

1/2 cup Oatmeal
1/2 cup Cottage Cheese
4 - 5 Egg Whites
Blend until smooth. Spray Pan with Pam or cooking spray...Cook like Pancakes! Should make between 6 - 9 depending on thickness. Only 215 Calories!

I like to Add:
1 tbsp Butter 100 cals
3 Tbsp Lite Syrup - 80 Cals
Strawberries or sliced Banana
450 Healthy calories, high protein and SO YUMMMMYYY!!
