    I had a boss who would wash the slime off of old wings and re fry them, coat them in sauce and serve them. I was outraged and asked him how he could do that, he said nothing could live through being deep fried so don't worry about it. He had a "surprise" visit from the health department shortly after that. :glasses:

    I LOVE PICKLES! THIS IS JUST AWFUL! I'm glad I read this because now it really makes me not want to eat out ever! There are a lot of nasty nasty people in the food industry. My first job was Pizza Hut and I remember seeing a cook spit in his ex girlfriends parents pizza! I was mortified, then there were times that someone would drop a couple wings on the floor before saucing them, pick them up and then sauce them like nothing ever happened. *SMH* sick sick people....
