How would you log this?

I do not have an HRM, I have been taking a class at the Y called core & strengthing it is all ab work, crunches of all kinds, planks, etc. How should I log this??

I would either do calisthetics vigorous or light depending on what you feel you do or circuit training?
Or I know many people don't add strength and exercises like that to their calorie counter...you could just make a note of the fact that you did them.

I would do it under strength training, general, or calisthenics.
I know some people will change their calorie burn to 1 so they don't have all the calories added, but I tend to track just to track and eat back if I feel like I'm starving.0 -

I do something similar and used to just log it as pilates for whatever reason...but, I just figure a calorie a minute.
my best guess...and then create your own exercise to log it. an HRM wouldn't be too helpful for this anyway.just go with perceived exertion.
