Healthy Clean Snack Ideas

As a huge hockey and football lover I feel your pain. Thats atleast 4 games a week I have to get through with either my boyfriend or mom (depending on where I watch) plowing chips next to me.

Thank You for the website suggestions! Yes, between football, hockey, basketball, you name it, my fiance can just sit there and put away all sorts of snacks and of course, he doesn't gain a pound! lol Luckily, he will always try whatever healthy snack I attempt to make for myself!

Mixed cooked Farro with fresh basil, diced tomatoes, garlic and feta

I saw on Dr. Oz today, they put yogurt into a ziploc bag, cut the corner off and squeezed little nickel size drops onto a cookie sheet, freeze it for two hours, and they are little bite size treats

I saw that too! I usually keep some containers of greek yogurt or the yoplait whips in the freezer, but that was a really cool idea!
