My diary is open for everyone to see. I am pretty religious about logging. If I am away for the weekend, it is the only time I don't. I eat "regular" food but in moderation. If I crave something, I eat it or drink it. I do not deprive myself, just do in moderation. Feel free to add me as well.0

I keep mine open and can always use more friends. I want my support group to see what I'm doing, the good , the bad and the ugly. I also appreciate when my friend call me on my **** cause I can really justify anything.0
