My first progress pics!!

This is my first time posting progress pics but here goes. The pics on the left are from same time last year at my highest weight ever and the one on the right was taken today. Still have a long way to go but finally starting to see a difference.

    Thanks everyone! I was really excited to see the difference. I knew my clothes were fitting differently but the scale wasn't moving and I couldn't "see" any difference. Even my fiancee couldn't see a difference until tonight. Definitely re-enforces the theory that you can't always go by the scale.
