80 lbs lost with pics.. meaning to post this for a while!

            I started my weight loss journey April 2011 at 233lbs. I hit 169lbs around September 2011 and maintained for a while but was still unhappy with certain parts of my body. I decided to try to tone up some more and in the process lost another 14lbs which is where I am at now (at 153lbs).

 Height: 5'9"
 Weight: 233lbs to 153lbs (-80lbs)
 Body Fat: 43.5% to 21.7% (-21.8%)
 Waist: 37.8" to 29.5" (-8.3")
 Hips: 44.3" to 39.5" (-4.8")
 Bust: 38" to 32" (-6")
 Breast: 41" to 35" (-6" but this one is very :sad: )
 Left thigh: 28" to 22" (-6")
 Left calf: 19" to 16" (-3")
 Left upper arm: 13.3" to 10.5" (-2.8")
 Neck: 15.5" to 14" (-1.5")
 Shirt size: XL to S/M
 Pants size: 18 to 8/10
 UNBELIEVABLE!! I think we are body twins (well, your starting pic anyway!) I am going to save this post for inspiration!!! Great job!!!!!0

            Oh my goodness, you look amazing!! I just started today - I'm 163 pounds, I just have about 14-20 pounds to lose but it seems like a mountain to climb. I started today with 15 minutes on the exercise bike. Not much but it's a start!0
