    I watched this when it was first posted and it wasn't password protected, tried to show someone today and now it won't work, password needed, pity, as it was a realy interesting documentary.

    It is a documentury about the training methods of the kenyan runners, and their coach Brother (insert name as I've forgotten), really well made and very interesting. Hope David Rudisha does well at the olympics

    Huge congratulations to David Rudisha (and Br Colm), the runner in the documentary, he has just won the 800m in the London Olympics and ran it in beautiful style, beat his own WR.

    And to bump this thread to the top again as it is a beautiful documentary and it is free to watch again, no password needed, so all those who missed out on it earlier can see it. Enjoy!
