Fruits and veggies. Fat free greek yogurt is high in protien, low in calories and delicious. Mix 1 cup plain with 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen (High in fiber) and a couple tbs splenda! (Costco blueberries I find are the freshest tasting). A delicious breakfast or lunch! Chicken is low calorie and healthy, if it's boneless, skinless and cooked without fat. Enjoy in a salad with fat free dressing and veggies with a couple shots of butterspray. Butterspray is great if you want the butter taste, but not the fat or calories. I put it on everything. 1 cup of Sugar free jello with a quarter cup of fat free coolwhip and a 1/2 cup of cherries mixed together is delicous and low cal. Great for dessert or snack. These are my fav foods that I eat regularly. Making these ahead of time is a great way to prepare your meals for the day. Have lots of fruits on hand. They do have carbs, but they are delicious. Try what is in season. Find healthy foods you enjoy and use them as staples. Soon your tastes will change and you'll crave fresh healthy foods! Good luck!0

lately I found a new snack, Mott's Fruitsations apple sauces. 50 cals a cup, and there are different flavours. I particulary enjoy the apple pomegranate. Also works as a mix with your morning oatmeal, instead of brown sugar.0

canned pumpkin: 80 cals for one cup
mix it with cinnamon, and sweetener to make a sugar free pumpkin pie filling
then mix with anything you want (oatmeal, cottage cheese, yogurt, icecream etc.)0 -
Fruits and veggies...also some types of beans are pretty low in calories. For example, I found a website that explained that 1/4 of a cup of beans would equal 2 1/2 cups cooked beans. That means you would have to calculate the calories based on knowing the exact cooked amount to dish it out. It's pretty challenging. The lowest calorie stuff seems to be berries - all types. They are super low.0
