    Try looking into http://www.supercook.com pehaps it can help ..if not, am sure you'll find it useful for other items you've got in the fridge or pantry. I love it!!

    What is coleslaw mix - Is that the vegetable part? Or the dressing?

    If you're referring to the vegetable bit (not the mayo or whatever you mix in), I sometimes use that stuff as part of a stir fry.

    I like that mix on fish tacos. A tilapia filet with cajun seasoning baked and put into a corn tortilla and topped with the coleslaw mix and a squeeze of lime. Very good for a dinner. A stir fry is good too.
