Hi I have only been on this site for about 4 days so not sure how it works?

Can people see what I am eating if I fill in the food diary?

    They can if you want them to, and they can't if you don't.

    Check out Settings > Food & Exercise Diary settings, your diary privacy options are at the bottom of the page.
