Round 1 of FAT clothes gone!!

I just got done cleaning my closet out of clothes that are too big! What an awesome feeling! I can do this! I am now going to work in the next round of clothes and I will see how long it takes me to go down in sizes again. It is a very empowering feeling. It is worth all the work and effort.
I know I have a long way to go but I am happy with my progress. I know this is not a race. I am in it for the long haul. In the mean time all the mini goals and victories are a boost and a plus in my life.:happy:
