Favorite beach in Southern Cali

Hey So Cal folks, what's your favorite beach to go to? Mine is Zuma, Huntington Beach is fun if I wanna hit up a bar or two. ;-)

    I love Mission Beach in San Diego. Or if I want a more relaxed day we go to Coronado.

    I've always found the beaches around LA and Orange to be pretty crowded. Down south it feels more serene

    I don't live in Cali anymore but I used to live in Carlsbad and I am convinced I'll never find a beach I love moree.

    Zuma all the way! Santa Barbara has so many activities, so that would be my second favorite. I also love Malibu

    Waves are generally garbage, but you can't beat camping on top of the cliffs at San Elijo SB. Dang it, now I'm homesick for SD.
