    I hear Insanity does wonders for folks. I recently requested an Insanity DVD from my local library (still on the list for it) Also heard some people loving Jillian Michaels Shred & Shed so I ordered that as well, just have to go pick it up from the library. I hear that one is fun, but kicks your butt majorly. I'd say check out what's at your local library or order from another library. If they work out, go buy the DVD :)
