Firstly - ummm its Saturday, alot of people are out and about...
Second - if you are making a cookbook - it should be your own recipes... Why would anyone want to give their personal recipes to you only to have you take the credit for them and receive no compensation?0 -

Calm yourself. Just looking for recipies that people have enjoyed.0 -

My post was perfectly refined... but definitely to the point. Unless you are willing to compensate people, no one is going to want their own recipes in someone else's book.... thats just rediculous0 -

I actually thought the same exact thing. If YOU are writing it, then it should be YOUR recipes.0 -
I'm assuming your making this for your own personal use, lol. I'm bad about remembering recipes but you might try skinnytaste.com. She has a lot of great ones. If you do make a cookbook for sale, though, get permission from her as I'm sure they're copyrighted (or whatever you do with recipes).0

Chill everyone, it's just for my personal use, not to sell or anything....0

I use allrecipes for most of my recipes and just change stuff around to be healthier (low sodium, low fat, whole grain alternates, that sort of thing)0

Sounds yummy! I'll try it out, thanks0 -
This is probably my personal favourite which I cook a lot, although I also vary it quite a bit by roasting extra veg (butternut squash, carrots, zucchini, peppers, onions, celery, etc) separately and stirring them in before baking.

Thanks for posting these links! I have a friend coming over for dinner monday and was wondering what to make. She loves pasta and I just was thinking of how long it's been since I had alfredo, then I saw your links and the Skinny chicken broccoli alfredo jumped right out at me. You solved my Monday night dinner dilema! :laugh:0 -

that's what I do. Cooking something repeatedly give you a feel for how you like it, especially if it is for your personal tastes. But if you're stretching for ideas, I wouldn't mind listing a couple if I knew what kind of food you eat. Some ppl are vegan or low carb or sugar free or lactose intolerant or gluten allergic or...0 -

I just looked at the site for a minute. It's just the kind of food porn that I should be avoiding. I think I'll go to bed before my tummy gets grumbly.... too late :grumble:0 -
