Hi everyone! I've been trying to lose weight for almost 4 months now.for the first 3 months i go to the gym 3 times a week with a trainer(so im pretty sure im doing the right exercise) and i do TaeBo for 30-40 minutes atleast 2-3 times a week.im eating healthy as far as i know(u could look at my food log).but this last few weeks i stop losing weight and my bmi and body fat % is still quite high.
Im 31,5'5, i was 89kls when i first started and now im down at 82-83 and i cant lose anything.
What am i doing wrong?im trying hard and getting so frustrated.
Many thanks

Sorry but we need more info to answer your questions. Can you open your diary so we can see your ins and outs?
Also have you read through this thread yet? it has lots of good info!

that's pretty soon to plateau. your diary isnt open but from what i;ve noticed the people who plateau quickly usually drop their calories too low at the beginning.0

Read through the info in this link - Dan has helped many people through their plateau by showing them how to reset their calorie intake. Yours is probably too low in total calories and be sure your protein goals are set to 1gm for every 1lb of lean body mass. Have you tracked your body fat rather than your weight? I have been "stuck" by the scale but my BF% has continued to drop.
If you are close to your ideal weight then the pounds will be slow to change but the body comp will continue to improve.0 -

Yes i did read it.i found out that im eating too low so starting today i try to eat more than my usual intake.the trouble is im not hungry at all,if i eat more than that i feel like throwing.and another thing i want to ask u if u dont mind.i always on my feet all the time even just watching television,at home i can stand 5-6 just watching television.do u think i put it in my exercise log?many thanks0 -
My bf is still pretty high last month when my trainer took my bf it was 40.2% and last night when i use the formula on the site u gave me i am 49% i was so shocked.my measurement gone down quite a bit.i was size 18-16 and now i can fit to size 14.thats why i cant understand whats happening to my body. Its really frustrating.i just want my bf and bmi go down closer to the normal rate even if i dont look slim.i just want to be fit and healthy not skinny.0
