I am a new member here! Allow me to introuduce myself...
My Name is Lacey

Height: 5'7
Starting weight: 163
Goal Weight for END of JAN : 159
Gaol Weight for END OF FEB : 155
Goal Weight for END OF MAR : 151
Goal Weight for END OF APR: 147

My Favorite Workouts:
Weighted Hula Hoops! Dont knock it until you try it! I actually attend and help instruct a Hula Hoop Class every week for one hour. Hula Hooping and Hoop DAncing can actually burn up to 600-800 calories an hour!
I am getting back into running and LOVING IT! I am currently up to 1.75 miles within my first month of starting!
One of goals is to be able to run in a 5K race comfortably by the start of Summer!

I recently quit smoking , going on 2 weeks now! And i am not looking back!

I eat really well but for some reason i just cannot seem to get rid of this layer of fat i have on my stomach, hips and thighs!

I am looking forward to an even healthier new year and to enjoying this summer a little more with a sexier more confident self! :)
