Im a 43 year old female. Up until I was 38 years old, I smoked almost up to two packs of cigarettes a day and my weight was 200 pounds. I quit smoking and gained another 40 pounds. At my biggest weight, I was 240 pounds. I lost 100 pounds and at the age of 41 joined the U.S Army. Granted, I DO work out at least 5 times a week for at least an hour a workout. However, being 43, my metabolism has slowed down and I'm finding it harder and harder to keep it going. I am at the max end of my weight for Army standards. I would love to drop another 20 pounds, but if I can drop 10, I can live with that.
