Today's challenge: Crunches
Let's see if we can do 200.
Also, let's try and do 50 sit-ups. If you can't do sit-ups that's fine but at least try.
Remember: The new rules are do as many as you can in the first set then do the rest how ever many you want at a time.
Do them the hardest way that you can and practice proper form instead.
You can do the crunches any style you want.
If you can't do them all then do what you can.
The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

I m in, heading to the gym for my cardio day and will add some crunches into the mix!!0

Cool! I do mini challenges during the week, but I like a weekend challenge. And, I'm also doing a month of mini challenges and crunches was todays. We were to do 100 and I did 200! But, I didn't do situps. I will do those and then report back! Thanks for the challenge!!0
