Kicking Cravings

When I know Im not hungry or Thirsty and i start to crave food, I either Drink a cup or 2 of tea with splenda or brush my teeth to get the taste of food out of my mouth.

Anyone else have ways they kick their cravings?

    Eat something filling. Just say no. Keep busy.


    Those are the 3 things I know. However the last 4 days I have been saying YES and I guess not busy enough so when I am dumb enough to buy a candy bar "for later" I end up eating it within a day or two.. sigh..


    Interested in other suggestions!!

    Whenever I start craving a chocolate bar, I have a table spoon or less of Nutella and spread it over toasted Sara lee 45 calorie bread =)

    Pickles........lotsa pickles. It doesnt matter what I may crave....eating dill pickles will stop it and I love em more than most anything else.
