Try 1 0z of vanilla greek yogurt and 1/4 cup of pumpkin puree (for pie), a packet of stevia and 2-3 tbsp of semi sweet choc chips. Ta da it is my favorite so far.
  • Cut up one banana (small-med around 80 cals) into thin slices.
Place on a cookie sheet with wax paper.
Cream together a low-fat plain yogurt and peanut butter. (Yogurt-60 cals, peanut butter-depends on how much, what brand, etc.)
Spoon yogurt mixture into Ziploc baggie. Cut a small hole in one of the corners.
    Pipe onto each banana slice.
Freeze 30 minutes and then transfer (quickly!) Each banana bite into a bag and refreeze.
    Yum yum!
