Help!! New to this :)

I started running 4 weeks ago, hadn't done anything to my diet so far and I have put on 7kg, I am the heaviest I have ever been and that includes when I was pregnant. I am putting on between 1 - 2 kg a week. Help, I was hoping to have seen at least some results from starting running but nothing. Its all very depressing :(

  • You don't talk about what you're eating - has that changed?
  • You HAVE to make changes to your diet ! :), If you're running 4 miles a day but eating 8000 calories a day, you'll still gain weight
    70% of weight loss is through what you eat, start with these changes :- change to whole wheat products, diet pop, more fruits and veggies, no candy, fried foods . Always grill your chicken/fish instead, search google for healthy low calorie recipes. Comeon!! you can do this, good luck and message me if you need any help :)
