Now to be honest i was still drinking a lot so maybe thats why my weight wont budge?
I Was eating 1530 cals but i lowerd my goal to 1230.
Honestly at first i was nt doing cardio
just yoga and pilates.
I Started cardio a week or two ago.
But my new work out plan is Cardio 3x a week,Yoga 2x a week and pilates 3X A week.
Anyone have any suggustions?
Am i the only one have trouble loseing weight? Feel free to add me...

Hey you lost a pound since your last topic, that's good!!! I only lost 3 pounds the first month...0

Thanks does my workout plan seem good?0

It's good to work out, but keep in mind that most of weight loss has to do with food. I know that you got a lot of criticism in your last thread about your food choices. I'm wondering if you took any of that advice to heart. Everyone means well when they try to advise you to eat mostly fruit, veggies, lean meats and cut way back on the empty calories. You will feel so much better and stronger.0

it takes time... trust me... DO NOT REFER TO THE SCALE AS REASSURQANCE THAT IT"S WORKING!!!!!!!!!! hahaha.... I'm 4'10 and i used to weigh 220... I'm now in the 180's but I do not measure my success with the scale... In fact I refuse to because I know just how healthy I really am... If you can run a mile in 6 minutes or less than you have nothing to worry about(fyi i can run a 6 minute mile)... Just be patient the pound will come off just give it time... Your work out seems legit to me and keep up the good work and don't give up!!!0

Agreeing with this. The last thread you started which stems from the same topic here,... you definitely have been making some less-than-desirable choices with all of the processed foods, the excessive use of "quick calorie" entries, etc....
Im also curious if you did consider the really good advice that you did receive in your last thread...

Log in any alcohol you consume to your food diary. It contains calories so it is important to look out for it if you do a lot of drinking.0

BTW, My offer still stands from the private message I sent you, if you would like some ideas on where you can get real food instead of the processed food, even on a budget, Ill still gladly help - but only if you want to accept that help0

Not sure what you water and fiber intake is... but if its low.. I would increase!
Try to get your recommended 8 glasses and eat the amount of fiber your diary recommends for your day.
I have noticed positive changes for myself when I made these 2 area's a priority.
Also, keep your sodium in check as well.
Good luck0 -
I gain weight when I eat 1200 cals of junk like processed food or stuff I'm allergic to but eat anyway like pasta, but I lose weight when I eat 1500 cals of only veggies, lean proteins and healthy carbs like brown rice. Just something to think about.0

Alcohol is loaded with calories and sugar!! You will have a hard time losing weight while drinking heavily. I should know, I'm a recovering alcoholic!! Good luck!!0

So much for asking for help - she deactivated her account...
Thats too bad0 -
Too bad. She's a girl who could really use some adult help.0

If she gave up the purchasing of alcohol, and used that extra money towards buying real foods and not the junk foods, it would make a whole world of difference. Im willing to bet her fiance contributes towards that.. if she is a low-income individual, Im sure she must be seeing some sort of state-aid, or food stamps, or even WIC.... and WIC has a strict 'buy from this list only" of foods that could benefit not just her, but mainly for the baby as well.....
what a shame0
