pounds per week

Please i need some advice. I know that alot of it may be water, but I have lost 6 pounds since last friday. Is that okay or should I be worried:huh:

    Probably just water, if you are new to this and have gratly increased activity and decreased calories it will happen fast at first, you should level out before long and then aim for 1-2 lbs a week!

    I think it depends on your starting weight and time of the month. I tend to fluctuate a few lbs up and down every day depending on my salt intake, dehydration, time of the month etc. So, take that into account too! I wouldn't worry!

    Hi there,

    I wouldnt worry, i have done so many diets in my time and i can honestly say with every diet ive done the first week saw the biggest loss, the second week is normally a little less than your first loss, and then you should start loosing an average amount of 1-2lbs a week.
    Well done though :) keep it up !

    Last year when I lost 40 lbs, my first two weeks I lost 12 lbs.

    I wouldn't worry.
