Needing Friends and a Boost

Hi Everyone.

My name is Vicky and I have been of and on this site a few times, but this time I am determined to make more of an effort. I need to do this for me and make more of my life. I no longer want the couch to be my best friend, so want to meet new people who can be supportive and want the same back. Despite not feeling like it, I have now completed week two of my 'Couch to 5k' running challenge and know these have been the easiest week. I am looking to sort my eating out because eating the same rubbish whilst exercising is not the answer :0).

    Hi Vicky - I'm doing C25K too. I just did week 2, day 1 yesterday. I have never been a runner but everything else I'm trying hasn't done a thing so I figure why not? I don't have a great deal of weight to lose but am finding it incredibly difficult in my late 40s. Feel free to add me if you like.

    Hi: Feel free to add me as a friend! I love this program! Having friends helps me be accountable and inspires me to exercise more and sit on the couch less! One of the friends said something like, "You can't lose it if you are sitting on it!" Good Luck. Victoria :flowerforyou:
