This is not sweat - it's liquid awesome!

I'm not losing weight - I'm getting rid of it because I don't want it back

I must say I love the slogans.

If it's important you will find a way. If not you will find an excuse.

The only person standing in the way of your goals is YOU

    Just...Five..More...Minutes!!!

And repeat slogan after five minutes...

    Works every time...

This worked yesterday xD found myself shocked, I highly recommend it xD

Haha! WIcked! I'm glad my slogan worked for someone else!! I always say this when I'm either on the treadmill or running outside at the 30 minute period, trying to work my way up to 45 minutes. Exhaustion (NOT pain - which is something you should be aware of) does not last too long and once overcome, it's highly, highly rewarding.

IDK if it's a weight loss slogan or not, but here on MFP I read, "Sweat is fat crying." That one has really stuck to me for some reason...

    1. Whether you think you can or think you can't, you're right.

Does anyone else who likes Family Guy, automatically hear Stewie Griffin when they read this to themselves?

I have it on my profile and I say it to myself

It's not what your running from but what your running to

and it can be changed to

It's not the things your running from, but the goals you are running to
