So, I am treating myself and grilling up a RIbeye Steak for dinner. However, I need to know how much of a treat it really is so I can log it into my food diary. The problem is that everywhere I look (including in the MFP database and several web sites) I get drastically different information. What do you guys use to get your nutritional information for food?

When I eat steak, I look it up on here, and pick the one that has the most calories that is the same weight as my steak. That way I'm covered even if it is a little bit less.0

I use the label. Failing that, I use this http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/08540442800

I use the entries here that were entered by the Admin when they created this site.
Look for "beef sirloin" in the database. Then find the one with no asterisk ( * ) in front of it. That will be the one entered by the admin. There isn't a specific entry for ribeye, but sirloin is close enough.0
