Weight changes due to monthly cycle

Personal... But around my time of the month (for a week or so before) I blow up weight wise, I get huge around my hips and stomach, it goes away after a week and I shrink down again but I am so sick of being huge for a week every month. Any vitamins or supplements or something I can take to stop this?
Am already on a contraceptive pill for hormonal imbalance that makes my skin bad, the only way my skin is good is on the pill. It doesn't effect the bloating or whatever this is however.

Same problem. Only solution I've had so far (aside from diuretics) is to keep as active as possible, watch the snacking and sodium intake, and stay hydrated.0

Last month I researched how much weight gain is normal due to your cycle. I tend to gain about 5lbs and it's so annoying. But when I weigh in the week following I am down all that plus some. I can't stand it but the only real thing, that I've read, is a diuretic to get rid of the water weight. I too bloat in my stomach and hips and it's interesting to take measurements. If you find anything please let me know!0

That's really normal, We all gain weight, become bloated and feel horrible before and during the "time of the month" , Just try to avoid the scale, The hormonal changes in your body cause your flesh to retain more water than average. Even if you haven't consumed extra calories or added fat to your body, you may weigh a few more pounds than normal. (2-7 pounds)

Edit :- Also Iron supplements are really important during heavy menstruation to compensate the loss of iron that results from blood/hemoglobin loss .
