this past weeekend I went to a party, danced like crazy all night with friends and guys, and had so much fun I didnt need to stop by the snacks! the next morning i stepped on the scale 3 pounds lighter than i had been the previous morning! hmm, I think dancing might be the best exercise ever! if you dont go to parties much for whatever reason (or go to parties that dont have a crazy dance floor and strobe lights) I think a danve training video might help!

I'll second that (yes, guys do Zumba too--I already knew how to salsa so it wasn't that hard to transition). Zumba is GREAT for fitness if you really apply yourself to it, and very fun.0
