Earlier a poster said something about shooting a place up and killing someone.

I called 911 and reported it. I just got a phone call from the San Francisco PD and they are investigating it.

    The person who posted it only had the one singular post.

    I sort of shook me a bit. I would hate to see the idiot actually go out and do something like that. The cops called and asked alot of questions.

    Good job! If it struck you the wrong way, that's a good thing. Everyone's right, even if he was joking (and we don't know that he was), it's NOT a joke in today's world. As a middle school teacher, I try to teach my students this when they jokingly say things like that thinking they're being funny. A lot of people have died because someone WASN'T joking in various situations, and because no one did what YOU just did. :drinker:

    Unfortuantely, with such quick advancements of the internet, people seemed to have lost the sense on how to filter out what is right from wrong in a public setting.

    They had alot of questions. I gave them alot of info. They seemed extremely serious about it. And they said that they would be calling me again.
