Def drinking too much coffee and not enough water. My next cup will be hot water rather than coffee.0 -
If you exercise you should drink a bit more (but not just plain water as this will just wash out sodium out of your body),
I always drink just plain water before during and after a workout?... If that's just washing sodium out isn,t that good?
What's the best thing to drink after a workout?
