Hi everyone, how is ya'lls weeks going? How is ur new job going Belinda? When dose school start back up? I did 743 today. My sister went into labor tonight, I'm so excited, I wish I could be there but she is in CA and I'm in texas... But I'll plan a trip soon to meet him. Good night all0

I was 4 days behind in updating our map. Thank you everyone for still checking in with me. I am having a hard week so I haven't really been around much and sorry but I haven't done anything for workouts at all. I am going to do a little something today though.

No long runs for me this weekend =( this will be the first time in months!!! I have decided to give my body a break and start a training schedule on Monday. I'm hoping this will also help my ongoing ITB issue. I will still be running 3-4 mile runs but no 18+ runs. Its so hard because I already feel like I'm slacking-Hope I'm making the right decision here. My schedule does involve 7 days a week running so starting next week my burns should be more consistent! Just thought I would post so my teamates would know what my plan is!
Anyone else training for anything, we can follow each other and/or help each other stay accountable for what's on the agenda!?!?!

I am starting to get back into running, I have 2 races coming up, one in sept for epilepsy (my friends son has seizures) and then the race for the cure in Nov. both are 5k

I actually start my new job on Monday with 2 weeks of out of town training. School doesn't start here until Sept 4th. This job is just making for some bad timing with everything going on with Bentley. His pre-op appointment is on Monday and I will be 2.5 hours away for my first day of work
August 18th is Josiah's 10th birthday and we are running a 5k race for his bday. It is for premature babies. Then I was hoping to run a half marathon on Sept 22nd but I am no where where I should be to run that kid of distance. I might just need to push it back and do a half on Oct 7th.0 -
