I'm BACK!!!

I fell of the weight loss wagon but now I'm back and ready tolose some serious weight. Thanks to the holidays, I have gained back everything that I lost and then some. I love to eat so I could definetly use some suggestion on what kind of foods to eat that can keep me from starving but also don't use up all of my calories. PLEASE HELP!

    fiber, fiber and more fiber and throw in high protein foods. Oatmeal mixed with protein powder is great, high fiber, high protein and moderate amount of carbs and will keep you full for hours. Nuts and seeds do the trick too, but only have small amounts at a time.
  • :happy: Thank you for the comment. I started eating trail mix and special k cereal bares and they seem to be doing the trick. I also found a recipe for this fruit smoothie that works to.

    i have the hungry girl cook book which is everything under 200 calories ... i am NEVER hungry .... you can get the cook book or you can go to www.hungrygirl.com and get some recipes GOOD LUCK
