Yes it is true… I get excited and I cook up a storm! If there is no special occasion, I will make one up! Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and how did you break this pattern?

I'm with you, I'm a true foodie. Degreed chef, love food would cook 24/7 if possible. If you find something to help let me know! lol.. I guess it's still just a matter of controlling what goes into your mouth of the recipes you create. Or turning it into making healthy, nutritionally sound recipes.. that's what I've started doing.. however I live in WI and am married to a Texan. lol0

Cook up a storm and then go give it all away! Keep just a tiny bite for yourself! Maybe you'll feel good when everyone else enjoys it so much?? Or only celebrate at certain weight milestones, sometimes I tell myself "if I make it to ..whatever weight I think up... then I can make.. lasagna.. or whatever" haha0

I celebrate with eating out more then anything, but I would say cook and donate it. Or make healthy alternatives to what you like. Don't stop doing something you love to do just control how it's done. you are not alone!0
