Well, I have not completed it yet, but I am starting my final month next week. The results have been AMAZING. Inches lost everywhere and dare I say, I have an AB or two!!!! WIN! I would highly reccommend it. :)

I did it. I loved it. I ate like crap so I didn't get great results, if any. I should be better at keeping metrics. Whoops. But I loved it. :)

I just started week 2, so I can't tell you too much, but if you want to add me as a friend, we can compare as we go through the program. I am feeling stronger though so I think there will be some change at the end.

    Good luck! :)

I'm half way thru my last month.
I've lost about 3"-4" each from - upper chest, ribs, waist, and hips. and 2" off thighs.
Oh and I'm seeing definition in my arms/shoulders.
Total of 10.5 lbs (down to 153 at my weigh in on Friday).
I really like the program. I'll take a little break from it but plan on coming back to it in a month or two, starting at Phase 2. And hoping the 2nd time around I can improve my form/ability.

I believe her 'kickstart' plan (first week only) suggests 1200 calories. If you plan on following it. But after that, I don't believe its suggested to eat that low. (I'd have to go back thru the material to say for sure)
As you probably already know, 1200 should be the base (for otherwise sedentary people, like myself). Again, as you probably already know, its a huge debate on this site if you should eat back your exercise calories or not. .
I personally try to eat back 1/2 my exercise calories.
