Hi. I'm new here. I've been a stay at home mom and am just rejoining the full-time work force and am very excited about it. I find that I need to wear much nicer clothes for my new job than the jeans and t shirts I wore around the house so I'm eager to get back into shape, lose about 20-40 pounds and look great in my new job (and everywhere else in life!). I'm hoping to use a good balance of exercise and balanced diet to accomplish this goal and can use all of the encouragement I can get!
