I Don't See It :( and a NSV

I'll start with the NSV, first. I've noticed I've been adding less sugar to my morning coffee. Before, I used to put, like, four-five tablespoons of sugar in my coffee; I'm now down to one teaspoon. I feel extremely proud of that feat, especially since sugar was my weakness.

Now, as for the other. I lost 16 pounds (according to the scale), but I don't think I did since I don't see any changes whatsoever. Maybe it's because I need to lose around 100 pounds, but 16 pounds seems significant (or it may not be, I don't know). Has this ever happened to anyone else where you lost weight but couldn't see it? Where would 16 pounds go if it's not noticeable? D:

My 'n' button doesn't work unless pushed to the floor. O.o

I've lost 20 - haven't lost a single inch, clothes fit the same, etc... It'll happen. Just keep at it. I have no idea where the pounds go - I spend a lot of time wondering that myself! When you have a little more to lose it takes a little longer to see the changes than if you only have a few pounds to lose.

Great job w/cutting back on the sugar!

It takes about 25 pounds before you start really seeing a difference when you have 100 to lose. But then your weight loss slows down and the visible changes start showing up like crazy.

Then you'll lose another 10 pounds and it will stall for a few weeks or a month and you'll start losing inches, back and forth back and forth

this is why those of us that have been at it for about that many pounds URGENTLY INSIST THAT YOU TRACK OTHER WAYS THAN JUST THE SCALE!!! The scale only measures gravitational pull. That has jacksht to do with what you look like, what size your clothes are and what you can do with your body.

Use the scale, but use body fat and measuring tape TOO.

Just stick with it. The weight itself is less important than the things you're doing to get there. I can shift that much weight based solely on hydration (or lack thereof, depending on direction).
