ChaLEAN extreme question

I was looking into starting this program but I have exercise limits due to a foot issue. Is there a lot of weight bearing or jumping/running exercises?

    I only have the Burn Circuit 1 (which I love) that came as a bonus workout with Turbo Fire, and it has weighted squats as well as moving lunges. But the good news is that one exerciser uses a band, which I'm guessing might take some of the stress off your foot. As for the cardio portions, while I don't own the Chalean Extreme (yet…it will be my next purchase), every Chalene Johnson workout that I own has a modifier, so I'm guessing that even if the workout has jumping around, she'll show someone doing a low impact version.

  • I love ChaLEAN Extreme. The weight training is very basic. You stand or do lunges and squats. The cardio portions have a little jumping, but nothing you couldn't modify.
