Three years ago I went out with some of my best friends from High School. We had a blast, it was so good to catch up.

Later that night when I got home, one of the wives started posting pictures on Facebook from the evening. It pretty much devastated me.

I didn't realize what I looked like. I hated it. I had been hiding for so long.

This picture pretty much brought me to tears.

Now, I have been frustrated lately with a lack of progress. But even though the weight number hasn't moved much lately, my body has been changing and I am in the best shape in 20 years.

I met some MFP friends this weekend in the real world, and I can honestly say that I now like pictures of myself. It is world changer for me.



This is last Saturday. Just ignore the cigarrette, I was sort of drunk LOL
