Help keeping on track when life is going nuts!!!!

Hey guys I need some help!

I am about a month into getting back into a fitness and healthy diet routine. Last week I joined mfp and was doing realllly well until the weekend.

Friday a lot of life stuff (personal and professional) came to a head and I went out friday, sat and sunday to celebrate/blow of steam/try to work through some stuff. I went pretty off track, drank a little too much going over my calorie limit and also causing me to lose motivation to go to the gym and eat some pretty gross stuff. I also smoked for the first time in a month and thats a big BOO for me.

So I am trying to get back on track this week but i am losing focus b/c i am still working on and with all those life issues that have come up (most of which are very very good btw! but still I don't want that to give me the excuse on getting healthy and fit! )

I am looking for some buddies or maybe a suggestion of a good daily check in thread to help force me to stay on track this week and any advice you all have for keeping this a priority when your life starts getting crazy! Thanks!
