Hi All,
I need to stay focused and maybe lose another 15 or so lbs. I am feeling more fit now than I have in a long time. I have been watching what I eat for the most part, and doing daily cardio and sit-ups, push-ups, squats,ect.. The Big 48 Bday is next week so maybe I can give myself a little gift and get over 40 lbs lost , and get around 190.. this journey is not over and more so..
its the new normal..
So far, the best part is being able to, Hike, Mountain bike..swim..You know.. do so many things with out all the extra effort.
