    Question, did you all do these consecutively? Because I only made it to 60 in 4 sets of 15. It was hurting my back. I was trying to use my abs but it is like I do not have any muscle there or something. I will do more when I go up. Sorry I am so wimpy.

    Finallly done! Thanks for posting the link to the exercise so I was able to do the right one, otherwise I would have been doing side leg lifts and getting off easy:)

    Lisaissasa - I broke them up into 5 sets throughout the day. You can also bend at the knees to modify the exercise if you have back pain. Hang in there, but don't hurt yourself!

    Yes. They're the old fashion kind. Laying on back, arms to the side, straight legs up and down -- very controlled. To make them easier bend your legs. (sorry for the double post)

    Thats great.. thankyou. Wish i'd of read your post before I did them( for the bend knee tip lol) I did them straight and gave up at 50 (mentally) but made it too 100 ... not the 150 but im happy with it :) going to do bring them into my workout routine.

    Got up to 50 last night before I had to end up running one of my girls in to the doctor. I will continue with them today, though!
