Healthy Meal?

I've realised since coming on here, many of the food items I thought were healthy are not, so
I've just made:
- Sweet potato wedges
- Grilled chicken breast
- Olives
- Pesto
I hugely need to reduce the amount of salt and oil used in my cooking, and could have certainly cut down my portion size, but as a dinner meal, would that generally be considered healthy?

There's nothing about the components of that meal that make it seem unhealthy to me, if that's what you're asking.0

If they are home made sweet potato wedges, I can see that as perfectly fine/not unhealthy. But if you bought them as bagged/frozen/premade... they are probably high in sodium and other preservatives that aren't especially that great for you.0

Cheers guys
Just looking to step in the right direction
They were home made wedges. As mentioned, in a bit too much oil, with a bit too much salt, but home made non the less. I'm not looking for huge weight differences, just to make a bit of a lifestyle change, so will try cutting down on the oil and the salt to a point where I haven't compromised the taste too much0 -
Olives usually have a lot of sodium and pesto is just gross - but yep looks pretty healthy to me. I love sweet potatoes!0
