Since everyone is different (age, gender, exercise ratio)
How do you know what a good fat, carb, protein ratio is for your age, gender and exercise? Is there a calculation that you can recommend? Thanks!

1g protein per lb of bodyweight or at least per lb of lean bodymass. at least 0.25g of fat per lb, you could even go 0.5g. an the rest fill in with carbs0

Depends what kind of diet you follow. I personally prefer fat to make up the bulk of my eating, then protein, then carbs.0

depends what works for you. you're more likely to stick to this if you get to eat the things you like. if you go way over on protein everyday, for example, then change your macros0

I've set MFP goals to 50% fat, 20% carbs, 30% protein
Details of my diet are described in my profile.0 -
