I was stolen from Weight Watchers!

Just as the title says, Myfitnesspal has stolen me away from weight watchers. Hi, I'm Lorna and I suppose this is my introduction.
In January of this year, I joined weight watchers in a desperate attempt to lose weight. I was about 192 pounds! And for being only 18, I knew I didn't want to continue on the lifestyle I was on.
As time went on, I DID lose weight. 30 pounds, actually. But soon, I had hit a plateau. I wasn't losing anything for almost 2 months and it didn't seem worth the $20 a month I was spending on WW when I wasn't losing any more weight anyway. Plus, the point system was incredibly annoying when I just much rather preferred counting calories. Thankfully, I found this wonderful website through tumblr!
So now here I am, my second week of using MFP and I did lose last week! Only about a half a pound, but it's more than I can say about the last couple months. I can't wait to start losing again and feeling better about myself!
Feel free to add me as a friend if you want?
Thank you for reading my intro!

Your story sounds a lot like mine! I lost about 20 pounds since February on WW, and I read about this site in Woman's World magazine. As I spent a couple days looking around here, it was clear that I could get everything here for FREE that I was paying almost $20 a month for.0
