Hi! My name is Lyssa, and I am very excited to be here. :) I just finished my Master's degree. Grad school was quite stressful - I gained about 40 lbs in two years, and peaked at 246.5lbs. I am mortified by my weight and I have realized I need a lifestyle change. To jumpstart this change, I began reading literature for Over eaters Anonymous and I am waiting for my welcome kit. Then I decided to start my food and fitness diary on MyFitnessPal. I have over 100lbs to lose. Wish me luck! Please feel free to friend me!

  • I can definitely understand what you are going through! I Going off to college was very stressful for me too, and was when I put on the most weight. I also have over 100 lbs to lose and I am 20, so I feel like we can kind of understand each other! I'd be more than glad to lend some support.

I know where you are coming from.
I just graduated in May and since starting college I put on 70 pounds.
My goal right now is to lose 50 of that.
If you need any extra support please add me.
  • I'm glad to see that I'm not alone! :)
